This page explains how users can request deletion of personal information connected to Nextia Intelligence communications, WhatsApp Business conversations, Meta API-connected tools, and CRM records.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of applicable personal information, email contact@nextia-ai.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Please include the phone number or email address you used to contact Nextia so we can locate the relevant records.
What we delete
After receiving and reviewing your request, Nextia will delete or anonymize applicable personal information associated with your inquiry, WhatsApp communications, email communications, service records, and CRM history where reasonably possible.
When retention may be required
Some information may be retained if required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business obligations. If retention is legally required, we will keep only what is necessary and limit use of that information to the applicable purpose.
Service providers
If your information was processed through trusted providers such as Meta/WhatsApp, cloud hosting, email, CRM, or payment tools, we may also take reasonable steps to delete or restrict applicable records within those systems, subject to each provider's retention settings and legal obligations.
Confirmation
We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity or locate your records. Once the request is processed, we will confirm the action taken or explain if certain records must be retained.
