Use of Nextia services
By contacting or working with Nextia Intelligence, you agree to use our website, forms, email, WhatsApp Business communications, and services for lawful purposes. Our services may include AI roadmap advisory, interview preparation, training, consulting, and related professional support.
Educational and advisory nature
Nextia provides educational, informational, roadmap, and advisory support. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment results, business results, revenue, interview performance, platform approvals, or the success of any AI project or implementation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when submitting inquiries, booking sessions, making payments, or communicating with us. You are also responsible for your own decisions, preparation, implementation choices, and compliance with laws or policies that apply to your personal, professional, or business situation.
Communication channels
Nextia may communicate with you through email, website forms, WhatsApp Business, Meta API-connected tools, phone, video meeting platforms, or other agreed channels. By contacting us through these channels, you agree that we may respond using the contact details you provide. Standard carrier, messaging, or data charges may apply.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Paid sessions are booked through app.nextia-ai.com and paid by card via Stripe. Rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms — including how payment-processing fees are handled — are set out in our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nextia Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses related to decisions, implementations, third-party platforms, technical failures, business outcomes, or professional outcomes arising from use of our services or communication channels.
